What is FieldGroove?

FieldGroove is a web based application built by insulation contractors to improve business efficiency through automation for the insulation industry. We help you manage your jobs, employees, customers, communication, billing, and pretty much every other aspect of your business in one complete software system.

Do I have to download or install anything?

No, FieldGroove is a web based and runs in the cloud on all major, modern web browsers.

Will FieldGroove work on my mobile device?

Yes, we are developing a mobile app that will work on all mobile devices! The robust nature of FieldGroove makes certain elements of business management difficult for small screens to control, but we do currently have a functional responsive view of the live web app.

Is FieldGroove available in my country?

FieldGroove is only setup to work with US dollars. Please contact us for more information on customizing your account for your country or currency.

Can I get a demo before starting my trial?

Yes! In fact, we encourage it. One of our sales representatives will be glad to walk you through the application and answer any questions along the way.

How do I add features to my FieldGroove account?

If you have a feature request, use the feature request form to submit your idea to us. If your idea is something that makes sense for the vast majority, if not all of our users, we’ll implement it! If it’s something that you need quickly, or just for yourself, give us a call and we can talk through a one-off customization for your account.

I don't see my ERP / accounting system. What can I do?

If you don’t see the system you’d like for us to integrate with/migrate data from, you can specifically request different system for a one-off customization. These are handled on a case-by-case basis. Give us a call and see what options are available for you!

My business is unique, am I able to customize my account?

You are able to customize every phase of your business through our extensive settings. We are happy to help you get this setup!

How do I onboard or import my existing customers / inventory?

In order to onboard your leads / customers into your FieldGroove account, you’ll need to organize the data into a spreadsheet for easy import. You can view our example spreadsheet here.

Once you’ve formatted the data in your spreadsheet, navigate to your settings and click on the "import" button, and select your file and we’ll handle the rest! Your leads, customers, inventory, and vendors will all be automatically imported into your account.

Billing Questions?

How does my 7 days free trial work?

Try FieldGroove and all the features for 7 days with no commitment and ask us any questions along the way!

On the 31st day, we will bill your card on file the full monthly fee.

Why do I have to pay a setup fee?

Our staff will work directly with you and your team get your company settings, inventory, and workflow setup to your likings.

This fee also includes 6 hours of training for you and your staff.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). For annual subscriptions, we can charge your card on file or send an invoice.

How do I calculate my total monthly fee?

Simply take the total number of regular users on your account and multiply by $100. If you have field users, do the same and multiply by $25.

So if you have 5 regular users and 3 field users your monthly total will be $575

Can I add and remove users later?

Of course, add and de-activate users as needed and you will be billed for new users on the next month.

Can I export my data?

Yes, we offer the ability to export your leads, customers, vendors, and inventory into a CSV format.

After my trial, do I have to sign a contract?

No, we do not require long-term contracts or agreement on your part. After your account is cancelled, the card on file will not be billed.

Can I add and remove users later?

Of course, add and remove users as needed and you will be billed for new users on the next month.

How can I get a discount?

We offer discounts for subscriptions that are paid annually (up front) and a 10% discount to members of trade groups. Please ask a sales representative for more details.

How do I update my payment method on file?

Simply log into your account and navigate to your company settings and click "Change Payment Method".

How secure is my data?

We understand your client list and inventory pricing can be sensitive information, rest assured we take security very seriously and employ a number of internal security policies to ensure your data is safe.

What if I need FieldGroove to pull information from another system?

Good question, we have a lot of customers with third party integrations to accounting, asset tracking, and inventory systems. Chat with us about this to see if we have an existing integration or if we need to build one just for you.
